A glossary ensures consistent translations of specific terms across different languages. In Algebras AI, you can create a glossary in two ways: manually or using AI extraction.

Manual Glossary Creation
To create a glossary manually:
Navigate to the Glossaries section and click "Create New Glossary".
Name your glossary and select the output languages.
Click Create. You'll be redirected to an empty glossary page.
Add terms manually:
Enter a term in the original language.
Define its meaning (optional).
Add translations manually or use AI-powered extraction.
Guidelines:
Keep terms concise and clear.
Include context for ambiguous terms.
Update and maintain the glossary regularly.
Implement version control for significant changes.
AI Glossary Extraction
To use AI for automatic term extraction:
Navigate to the Glossaries section and click "Create New Glossary".
Name your glossary and select the output languages.
Input a source textโthe content from which the AI will extract key terms.
Our statistical model identifies domain-specific terms, excluding common words.
Click Create New Glossary. You'll be redirected to an empty glossary page with a status "Updating" in the top-left corner.
Processing Time:
Updates occur within a few minutes, depending on text length.
A progress bar indicates completion status:
100%: All terms are processed.
Less than 100%: Some terms are still processing.
